The main objective of the IPA, India is to provide professional training for candidates of Patent Attorneys and to assist candidates in obtaining qualifications necessary to practice as a Patent Agent under the Patent Act and Rules. |

Mr. Nair attended Japan Patent Office, Training “JPO/IPR Training for Patent Experts” at Tokyo in August 25-September 14, 2010.Several International Patent applications filed by Mr. Nair as per Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) were published by International Bureau of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Geneva, Switzerland.
Being the Director of Institute of Patent Attorneys, India, hundreds of Attorneys are trained by Mr. Nair.
Mr.Nair is also a Visiting Faculty for Patent Laws, Department of Biotechnology, NSIT, University of Delhi.
